Jacob Steagall is currently a realtor with Keller Williams World Class. Through many years of experience in the entertainment industry Jacob has decided to make the leap into the housing market. Born in Tucson, AZ in 1995; Jacob and his family shortly after relocated to Thousand Oaks, CA. He attended Santa Barbara City College for 2 years earning an Associate Arts Degree and then transferred to California Lutheran University where he earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree with an emphasis on High Definition Cinema. Jacob has worked many jobs from Little League Umpire to Camera Operator and many others. He has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood and today he is looking forward to sharing his life experiences through this podcast and showing people that being ambitious is what it takes to make it in any industry these days. He has seen some amazing things, lost a lot, but grown tremendously along the way and on Ambitiously Broke you will get it all!

Sam Mobley is currently completing his final classes to finish a bachelors of science in economics. With intentions on completing a masters in finance, a love for the fundamentals of money and business has brought him into the industry of finance. Spending most of his life in Thousand Oaks, he moved to Oregon to complete the majority of his degree at Oregon State University and is now living back in Thousand Oaks to start his own business Domostec Inc. specializing in smart home setup, support, and servicing, and to complete the final classes in his degree. He’s had many jobs, in many industries, and is always pushing to do his best in every aspect. Through many states and many countries he’s had experiences in all areas, from drone designer and pilot, to producing a feature film, and building Higher Education Presentation Systems some may call him a “jack of all trades”.
